The standard fee for each 45 minute therapy session is $90.00. Some rates vary depending on services. Your medical insurance plan will likely cover most of this fee depending on your mental health benefits.
Heart & Soul accepts the insurances listed below. We do not accept Medicaid but we do accept Medicaid HMOs such as Emblem, Empire and others listed below. We also accept Child Health Plus.

Prior approval is required for non-emergency admissions, partial hospitalization programs and intensive outpatient programs.

There are no co-payments for services under Child Health Plus, so you don't pay anything when your child receives care through these plans.

NYSHIP/Value Options This is the insurance plan teachers and government workers have in New York state. Your mental health benefits are administered through Value Options. You do not need preauthorization with this plan, you have a copay of $20 and you are entitled to unlimited visits.
